2021 Ski For The Pass a success!
Huge thanks to everyone who registered and came out for our 9th annual Ski for the Pass, in perfect winter conditions! Congratulations to all our finishers, especially Ryan Sederquist from Leadville who finished in an extraordinary 32 minutes, 41 seconds, almost 5 minutes ahead of the second place finisher (IPF’s very own Brandon Cooper—congrats, Brandon!).
Thank you, also, to everyone who made additional donations to IPF when registering: you make our work on behalf of our beloved backyard possible!
Finally, we could not hold this event without the extraordinary support of the Ute Mountaineer—especially Paul Perley, Evan Gull, Maile Spung, and Bob & Ruth Wade—who handle registration, outreach, timing, logistics, and who donate 100% of the proceeds to IPF—and the City of Aspen, Chris Peterson and his crew, who spend several days prior to the event grooming and setting a perfect track, so our community can enjoy a beautiful ski up the Pass. As with all good things, it takes a village, and we are grateful to one and all.
